They have a great experience, both locally and internationally, thanks to projects like Interreg Italia-Grecia and Strade del Gusto.
They will be the mind of the project, by organising high-profile events and giving life to new plans, such as summer Cooking Shows, shows and workshops with chefs like Don Pasta and Massimo Vaglio. The Association will help organise food themed events and cooking shows, give importance to traditional Terra d'Arneo products; create the Terra d'Arneo School of Mediterranean diet.
The association was founded in October 2014 by five friends who met at "La Saletta", in Nardò. They decided to create the association to promote social farming as a tool for an ethical, civil and environment oriented economy.

Journalist, writer and chef. Has a great experience and knowledge of local Salentino products and Cooking Shows. He is an essential figure in recovering ancient recipes, traditional food as well as in researching and experimenting. As a writer, he has published several successful books.

Tourist guide and assistant;
Translator and interpreter at conferences and events (G8, visit of the Taiwan Ambassador to Italy, Vicepresident of the USA)
She will be in charge of improving tours for the German, Russian and American market and creating food tours.
